CPD stands for continuing professional development, which refers to the

CPD refers to the process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience that employees gain both formally and informally as they carry out additional activities, which is upon and beyond their basic training activities. Staff are expected to undertake CPD by their employers, in fact most professions demand that CPD activities are completed every year.

These CPD courses are written in such a way, that a candidate will develop and enhance their understanding of the subject matter through our structured approach and the practical applications embedded within the course. Typically, user engagement is required, and encouraged via the content provided. Commonly, this is done via the use of videos and online content available at AISR's CPD Virtual Academy. Webinars can be arranged with an instructor, to explain a particular topic, and talk through that particular lesson with the attendees.
