Student and Faculty Exchange Programmes
We offer student exchange programmes for students who want to study internationally. Faculty exchange programmes give the opportunity for teachers to teach internationally for 6 months or longer. Course Accreditation
AISR is an OCN NI centre, which is a UK recognised awarding organisation. All our courses are UK endorsed and/or accredited and we can develop international curriculum for Academia and Industry. These can be UK endorsed, so that they are recognised. We get UK endorsement for all our qualifications in order to ensure that your vocational skills are recognised.
AISR is the constituent Polytechnic College of the Manipur International University (MIU), therefore its international programmes, Certificates, Diplomas, BSc (Hons) degrees, Masters and PhDs are accredited through MIU. The International Curriculum and Assessment Network (ICAN) is the Quality Control Regulatory Body for AISR programmes. ICAN works with those institutions who wish to offer AISR programmes and therefore become an ICAN accredited Centre. ICAN and MIU ensure that AISR’s academic and training programmes are recognised as being to the highest standards.

Our Directors and Consultants have extensive experience in key aspects of the various sectors such as academic and professional teaching, project coordination, training needs analysis, research, vocational training, higher education, customer orientated services, quality assurance, skills development and international market development. Our team will help you establish systems that support innovation and develop skills set for leading the implementation of strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Our quality assurance consultancy services include teaching observations, peer review, staff development, self-assessment, curriculum review, student support, inspection preparation and achieving and maintaining qualification approval.
Our employability consultancy services highlight the issues of vocational training that school leavers face and make recommendations on how to increase the skills of the workforce and improve quality in education and employment.
Global Technological Engineering Centre
Global Technical Engineering Centre (GTEC) has partnered with the Academy for International Science and Research, so that the Academy can offer chemical engineering and mechanical engineering courses focusing on the oil and gas, power generation and mining industry. GTEC offers Level 3 Technical and Level 4 and 5 Professional Technical courses in partnership with AJSS. Some of these vocational courses are tailored to the customer's specific equipment. Access NI checks
AISR is a registered Umbrella Body with Access NI providing a professional vetting service for individuals, volunteers, employers and voluntary organisations within Northern Ireland. We do not receive funding to deliver the service, therefore we do have small administration fees in addition to any Access NI fees for enhanced disclosure applications. Currently our administration fees are £5.00 for a volunteer role and £10.00 for paid posts, in addition to Access NI fees £33 for enhanced disclosure application.
